Beetroot is red, spinach is green, this salad will always keep you lean…

Dear fellows! I'm back and want to share with you my amazing and super healthy salad. The ingredients are full of iron, antioxydants and vitamins!

Not only is it nutritious, but also super easy to put together!

right, now some important detail:

Ingredients:

  • baby spinach
  • red cabbage
  • beetroots (this needs to be cooked to become soft or buy read to eat)
  • pomegranate seeds
  • mushroom
  • feta cheese
  • lettuce
  • olives
  • avocado
  • tomatoes

For the dressing:

  • pomegranate paste
  • cider vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 small cloves of garlic - mashed up

Instructions:

  • cut the red cabbage in to thin slices
  • add the spinach and the cabbage to a bowl
  • chop the mushrooms, feta cheese avocado, tomatoes and olives and add to the bowl
  • finally sprinkle the pomegranate seeds all over
  • mix the dressing ingredients and pour all over the bowl
  • stir and mix really well!
